Hi, I’m Tommy.

I'm an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer based in Los Angeles.

Before diving into the world of Instructional Design, I founded the non-profit Aquatics Club, The Baldwin Park Water Polo Club. The club not only provided countless students with opportunities for success but also helped secure athletic scholarships for student athletes at colleges nationwide.

I also served as an Adapted Physical Education Teacher. This experience taught me how to blend my coaching background with formal pedagogy to cater to students with special needs. It was here that I honed my skills in curriculum pacing and writing, lesson planning, and differentiated instruction for all learners.

My passion for coaching and teaching eventually led me to the field of Instructional Design. I've had the privilege of attending two outstanding Los Angeles universities. I earned my B.S. in Kinesiology from Cal Poly Pomona and followed that with a M.A.Ed. in Learning and Technology from Azusa Pacific University.

In my free time, I practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, coach Esports athletes, and enjoy quality moments with my wife and furry companion.
