Hi, I’m Tommy.

I design human-centered learning experiences that help organizations drive measurable performance results. I’ve built scenario-based, gamified, and serious game training solutions for top brands across the Los Angeles area.

Before moving into Instructional Design, I founded the Baldwin Park Water Polo Club, a non-profit that helped student-athletes earn college scholarships nationwide. My experience as a Special Education teacher sharpened my ability to simplify complex skills, pace learning effectively, and design for diverse learners, principles I now apply to workplace learning.

Today, I specialize in gamification, serious games, and immersive eLearning. Creating training that feels intuitive, engaging, and genuinely useful on the job.

Outside of design, I enjoy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, coaching Water Polo and Esports athletes, and spending time with my family.
